Research IT Tuesday Sessions

Weekly College of ACES meeting for open discussion of Research IT related topics

Each Tuesday during the fall and spring semesters the ATS Research Computing working group hosts "Research IT Oen Sessions" from 12:00 - 1:00 in room 51 Mumford Hall.

The topics rotate each week. Feel free to stop in or Skype in if you'd like to participate in the discussion, have a question to ask, or have a tip to offer.

First Tuesday:  Using the Illinois Campus Cluster and HPC topics
 Second Tuesday: All thing Qualtrics
Third Tuesday: Data management, Analytics, all data topics welcome
Fourth Tuesday: Open Topic, anything Research IT related is fair game!

It's important to note that this isn't an "ask the expert" session as much as it is an opportunity for a peer roundtable.  With that said, at least one member of the ATS Research Computing working group will always be at these open sessions and willing and ready to act as a knowledge facilitator to help make sure that solutions are eventually found, even if it's not in the course of the noon hour.  The more people in attendance the better chance that we can find the answer in the room, so feel free to stop by and participate as you can.

If you can’t make it over to 51 Mumford you can join via Skype for Business here:
