How to change the email alerting from the Code42 CrashPlan application
In order to change the email alert settings in the CrashPlan application, you will need to start the application and login using your Active Directory netid & password.
Once logged in navigate to the settings page.
Under the Backup Status and Alerts area, you will be able to configure the delivery time and email settings.
The choices for delivery time are:
The frequency of the alerts can be altered by clicking on the Configure button.
These changes only affect the current computer, and does not apply globally for that users devices.
* Note: if changing the number of days change the critical alert first. Since the warning alert must be a number lower than the critical alert, the number in the warning alert field will change automatically when you begin to type in the critical alert field.
