ATLAS FormBuilder - How to Delete a Form Response

This document shows how to delete a form response in the ATLAS Formbuilder App.

Step 1 Go to your form Dashboard

Step 2 Click Number Of Responses

Step 3 Click Details

Step 4 Click Delete Form Response'

Step 5 Read the red text and follow directions to delete form response.

A Deleted Form Response will be erased completely. The response will no longer show in Number Of Responses and cannot be retrieved.
