Collaborate Ultra, Audio Issues or Failure Code M:-17

This article outlines a workaround for Collaborate Ultra sessions where users audio is dropped or they encounter a failure code when entering a Collaborate Ultra session: M:-17,M:-17,M:-17,M:-17,M:-17,M:-17,M:-17,M:-17,M:-17,M:-1:-777002

Blackboard has identified this defect and is currently developing a fix. In the meantime, the quickest way to recover from the issue is to have all users exit the session, wait 5 minutes (so the session closes out entirely) and then launch the session again.
