ATLAS FormBuilder - How to copy a security group

This document explains how to create a copy of a security group's members and settings.
For a video tutorial, check out:

1.) To make a copy of a security group, you must start with the security group that you want to copy.  Go to the 'Security Groups' tab on the side panel.

2.) This tab brings you to a compilation of every security group that has been created within your unit.  Scroll to the group and use the drop-down menu identified by the gear symbol to navigate to the 'Copy Security Group' option.

3.) A new window will pop up with a box of text.  Copy the contents of that box and exit out of the window using the 'X' in the top right corner.

4.) Scroll to the top of the list of security groups and select 'Paste Security Group' underneath the heading.

5.) This option will bring up a new window with an empty text box labeled 'Paste Contents'.  Paste the text you copied from the previous window into the empty box as shown below.

The application will automatically name your copied group "{Original Group Name} - Copied."  If you wish to change this, you can do so in the second text box labeled 'Pasted Security Group Name'.

6.) Once you have filled out these boxes, select the green 'Paste Security Group' button in the bottom right corner of the window.  With that, a new group has been created by copying an original group.
