Digital Signage, Subscribe to Digital Signage Listserv

This article describes how to subscribe to the digital signage listserv (signage-l).

The Digital Signage distribution listserv (signage-l) is intended for discussions related to digital signage on campus and for the announcement of the availability of new shared digital signage content.

This list is open to campus members for subscription.
To subscribe:
  1. Send an email from your campus email address to sympa@lists.illinois.edu
  2. Put the following in the email subject: SUBSCRIBE signage-l FirstName LastName
  3. Leave the body of the email blank
To unsubscribe:
  1. Visit the site https://lists.illinois.edu
  2. Log in to the site in the upper right-hand corner using the Campus Login button
  3. Click the button for My lists
  4. Select signage-l (Subscriber)
  5. On the left, click Unsubscribe

Once a member of the list, messages should be sent to signage-l@lists.illinois.edu and include content in a 16:9 format, the time period to display the content, and any relevant information for the event or program.

Please do not send messages to signage-l-request@lists.illinois.edu - this address will not deliver the message to members of the list.
