Email, Exchange, OWA Online Meeting Button

During the Exchange Migration project, preparation activities inadvertently disabled the 'Online Meeting' button in OWA for Exchange 2013 customers.

Exchange 2013 customers (Tech Services, Alumni Association, Education, some campus IT Pros, and a few small units) no longer have the 'Online Meeting' button in Exchange webmail (OWA).

The Online Meeting allowed customers to create Skype for Business meeting information directly in webmail - this was used heavily by Mac users and resource calendar administrators.

The removal of the button was an unexpected consequence of the preparation work to migrate all of the campus Exchange customers to Exchange Online in Office 365.
At this time, there is no functional way to enable the Online Meeting option for these customers, but it will be restore for them when their mailboxes are migrated to Office 365.
