Faculty members are encouraged to reach out to their department or unit's IT professional for consultation.
Staff members of participating departments are enrolled in our Desktop Replacement Program. A standard desktop model will be issued and supported by an IT Professional for eligible staff members. Students will generally not be given hardware purchase consultation for personal machines. However, a hardware purchase for a supported research group can merit a consultation from the IT support person for that particular research group.
