If you would like me to import any existing appointment data from banner, we need to know what types of positions you’d like to include. Some units only import graduate assistants and grad/acad/ugrad hourlies. Others import everyone.
Who needs to have access and with what abilities. There are three primary roles you can have:
Manager – can modify who is permitted to submit appointment requests, set default pay rates for grad appointments, delete requests, generally manage how the system works.
HR – can log approvals of all the HR-related steps in the checklist, send offer letters, update offer letter templates, etc.
Business – can log approval for use of funds
