Skype for Business Delegate Add and removal

This article explains how to add and remove Skype for Business Online delegation.

  1. Log into Skype For Business with the Office/Department account by changing your SFB login (temporarily) and putting it the Office email account.
  2. After you are logged in, Select Settings (Gear icon in the upper right)
  3. Select Tools
  4. Select Call Forwarding Settings
  5. Depending on your setup you will go to Edit my Team-call Group Members or Edit my delegate members.
  6. Add or remove employees as needed.
