Illinois Compass 2g, Mobile and DUO/2FA

Push function is not currently working with two-factor authentication on Illinois Compass 2g mobile apps.

Currently, the “Send me a push” option for two-factor authentication is not working on Blackboard mobile apps or browsers; all other methods (“Call me,” “Text me,” “Use a passcode”) are working and should be selected instead of the Push option. 

This applies to both the DUO mobile app and any physical 2FA generator such as a key fob.
