Banner - Unable to open documents from FOIDOCH

In Banner 9, FOIDOCH no longer retrieves documents from BDM. Use FPIPURR or FAIINVE instead


When attempting to open an invoice or purchase order document from FOIDOCH, either nothing happens or a "no document found" message is displayed.


To retrieve purchase orders, use FPIPURR.

To retrieve invoices, use FAIINVE.

This is a known issue introduced with the Banner 9 upgrade.  A solution is being worked on.
