AV Troubleshooting - Source Not Displaying on Monitor

How to troubleshoot source display issues on monitors
  1. Make sure the device is properly connected to the monitor
  2. Cycle through possible sources (use room controller, display controller, and/or remote control)
  3. Make sure the device resolution is set to 1280x720 or 1920x1080 at 60Hz
  4. If the source is a laptop make sure to check the laptop connection instructions above
