How Do I Adjust the Audio Levels for the AV System?

To adjust the source audio (lectern PC, external input, Blu-ray) for an Integrated Multimedia Lectern (Enhanced) system use the following steps:

  1. Select Source from the Audio Controls section at the bottom right of the touch screen.
  2. Adjust using the up or down arrows located on the right side of the Audio Controls section.
  3. To mute the source audio, select the speaker icon with a slash over it to mute. When the icon has a blue filter over it, the source audio is muted. Select again to unmute.
To adjust the microphone audio level (lectern or wireless microphone) on an Enhanced system:
  1. Select Lectern or Wireless Mic (depending on what you're using.)
  2. Adjust using the up or down arrows located on the right side of the Audio Controls section.
  3. Test to make sure the microphone is audible to all in the room.
  4. If you start hearing feedback, bring the audio level down.
  5. To mute the microphone audio, select the speaker icon with a slash over it to mute. When the icon has a blue filter over it, the source audio is muted. Select again to unmute.
