How Do I Control the Blu-ray or DVD Player?

Step by step guide on how to control the Blu-ray/DVD player in classrooms.

There is no physical remote control for the Blu-ray or DVD player installed with the AV systems. The control is built into the touch screen for all of our systems. Use the steps below to operate the player.

1. Press the Blu-ray/DVD source button on the touch screen.
Note: Some Blu-ray players will turn on when you initially turn on the system.

2. Press the power button on the touch screen to turn the player on. Alternatively, you can press the power button on the actual Blu-ray/DVD player found in the equipment rack.
Note: Some Blu-ray players will turn on when you initially turn on the system.

3. Load the disc into the player by selecting the eject button (triangle with a line under it) at the touch screen or the physical button on the player.

4. Use the playback controls at the touch screen to operate all the standard functions for the disc (just like you would at home.)
