Transfer a ticket in TeamDynamix

Change responsibility for the ticket to UIUC-TechServices-WSAA Infrastructure (Group).

Email

Send an email to WSAAsupport@illinois.edu to create a ticket for the WSAA Infrastructure group.

Phone

Call the Tech Services Help Desk at 217-244-7000 and as for WSAA After Hours support. This option is only for emergenciesCalls will be handled by the Help Desk by calling WSAA members listed in the Contacts Database.
