Adding additional position numbers
The position number drop down information is maintained in TimeTracker and fed to Appointments. You may maintain the positions list by going to "Setup" in TimeTracker then selecting the Jobs tab. That will show you a list of current positions, you may add new positions using the "New Job..." button. Once you add a new position, refresh the Appointment Application and the new position will appear in the drop down.
