How do I use the AV system?

Explanation on how to start up and use the AV system in your classroom.

For Integrated Multimedia Lectern (Enhanced)
  1. Wake up the touch control panel by touching the middle of the control panel. The screen may periodically go dark but simply touch the screen to wake it up. 



  2. Press the power button on the top-right side of the touch control panel to turn on the system. The projector will turn on along with the rest of the system. 

  3. The main menu will display after the system turns on. From here you can select the source you would like to use, adjust the system audio levels, and/or adjust the lights by touching the light bulb on the right side of the screen (feature only available in some classrooms.) 

For Integrated Multimedia Lectern
  1. The touch control panel for the IML systems will be to the right side of the monitor or just above the monitor (labeled Crestron.) Wake up the touch control panel by touching the middle of the control panel. The screen may periodically go dark but simply touch the screen to wake it up. 
  2. The main menu will display after the touch control screen wakes up. From here you can select the source you would like to use, turn the projector on, and/or adjust the system audio levels. 

  3. To turn the projector on, press the Turn Proj ON button. The projector will turn on and warm up for about 30 seconds while a "Projector Warming Up" message is displayed.
