Zoom, Meetings vs Webinars

A summary of the differences between Zoom Meetings and Webinars.

Meetings provide a collaborative environment, while webinars are more presentation-oriented. Zoom Pro licensing allows you to create and host meetings with up to 100 people lasting for up to 24 hours. Webinar functionality is an additional charge.

Both meetings and webinars provide recording, closed captioning, screen sharing, chat, registration and live streaming. Meetings have file transfer and breakout rooms. Webinars provide email reminders, Q&A, and PayPal integration.
