UI New Hire, Error setting password

I wasn't able to set a password while setting up my account and I can't use the password manager either. I either get an access denied or application error message.

Please contact the Help Desk when this happens. They will reach out to the appropriate group to fix the issue.

This has something to do with duplicate records in midPoint (our password management application) that cause errors in New Hire and the Password Manager. It is a manual fix by AITS until an upgrade to midPoint occurs this Fall.

If the person is in the Help Desk you can check for Pat Schlehuber on Skype. If he is ‘green’ see if he can fix the ID otherwise make a ticket escalate to AITS-IAM Support.
