If you get this error message when logging into the Enterprise System "You've successfully logged in, but something's wrong with the link you've used. Please contact the Service Desk " you should navigate to https://apps.uillinois.edu to access the UI Enterprise System.
The reason you are getting this error is:
- You searched for UI Enterprise System using Google
- You used a saved bookmark
The UI Enterprise System login page has changed recently. Search results in Google still show the old EAS link. Additionally, your saved bookmark is pointing to the old address.
