Siebel Center Elock Room Scheduling
Instructions for Computer Science staff to schedule rooms to be unlocked for classes, meetings, and events. Students looking to schedule rooms at the Siebel Center should reach out to the Computer Science Department directly.
Standard schedules of the main entry doors, classrooms, conference rooms and labs will be reset every start of the fall, spring and summer semester.
The elock team at Engineering IT will send an email updating all staff of the opening and closing hours of those doors once they have been updated. Please always refer back to the email or the Siebel Hours Guide.
All hours that deviate from the standard schedule listed in the Siebel Hours Guide will be considered after hours and will require a notification to Engineering IT to be unlocked through Elock.
If a Siebel classroom is to be used for a CS event, please schedule through FMS.
Engineering IT will receive an automated email from FMS to schedule the necessary room in most cases
