Printing to the ChBE Copiers from your computer
Adding the non-papercut ChBE printers to computers for printing.

Installation Instructions:
Download the driver for the printer.
- https://www.kyoceradocumentsolutions.com/download/index_en.html
- in the search box on the page, enter the model number based on the chart above
- Download the KX Printer driver
- Navigate to the download location and extract the compressed file
Windows installation instructions:
- Downloand the Driver as listed above
- Navigate into the extracted folders and run the Setup program
- Click ok to close the first two dialogue boxes and select express install.
- Select the printer you want to install based on the above table. If you do not see your printer, you’ll need to follow the Advanced instructions below
- Once it installs, the final window has default options such as duplex which you can set by checking or unchecking the boxes
- Click finish when you are done selecting options and the printer is installed.
Advanced Windows instructions (for wireless connections or connections not in RAL)
- Download the Driver as listed above
- Navigate into the extracted folders and run the Setup program
- Click ok to close the first two dialogue boxes and select Custom install.
- Under the “Drivers” box selected the “KX DRIVER for Universal Printing” and the blue arrow to add it to the “Products to Install” box
- Click install. When it finishes, click Finish.
- Close the installer.
- Open the Control Panel and select “Devices and Printers”
- Select add a printer and in the next box select “The printer that I was isn’t listed” (windows 10). In Windows 11 you’ll need to scroll down till you find that option and click on “Add manually”
- In the new window, click “Add a printer using an IP address”
- Select “TCP/IP device under “Device Type” and put the IP (from the table above) in the Hostname or IP address box. The Port name box will auto populate. Click next
- In the driver box that pops up, select Kyocera on the left and scroll down to select the appropriate model number (from the chart above) and click next.
- Name the Printer something useful (such as RAL 204 Kyocera) and click next
- Select “Do not share this printer” and click next
- Print a test page, if you so desire, and then click finish.
