Your USC will request access using the form available here
Here is the information the USC must provide:
- Data Desired: Service Desk Reporting
- Data User Role/Job Category: Data Analyst (Limited)
- Intended use of data: [Explain any intended uses, such as pulling the data into Power BI and/or running aggregate reports for your TDX unit]
- Reason for making the request: [Justification; potentially same as above]
- Does user have a signed Information Compliance form on file: Yes
- Has user attended FERPA training: Yes
