Banner - Error - Attention Null
I am getting a NULL error when logging into the Enterprise system.
If you are receiving a Null error when logging into the Enterprise system, please check the following:
- Are you using upper and lower case characters for their Enterprise ID? If you are, then use all lower case.
- Have you reset your password? If not, have the AITS Service Desk help reset your password.
If the above does not solve the problem, have the AITS Service Desk dispatch a ticket. In the ticket, include what was done to try to solve the problem, the type of machine and the browser they are using.
