Clarity "Error Occurred, Please contact system administrator" with Chrome
Some users connecting to Clarity are reporting the following error:
"PPM: Error Occurred, please contact system administrator"
This only occurs when using the Google Chrome web browser. Refreshing the page will usually let them continue, but the error will continue to appear. This behavior isn't noticeable with other web browsers (Firefox, IE etc).
While we are waiting for a fix from the vendor we recommend the following:
1. Use a browser other than Google Chrome
2. If you must use Chrome, use an earlier version (81 for example)
