AITS - Service Desk - PRZM/CAPS/VSA/Kahua - From Self selected ID to Affiliate NetID Vendor Registration

This is for those with self-selected ID's that need to transition to the Affilliate IDs. We are transitioning to a new login authentication process where university usernames (NetIDs) will be assigned for all external vendors. To prepare for and to accommodate that process, all existing vendors need to edit your profile to add your Birthdate and Gender. This additional information will be used to create new or, where possible, reuse your existing university records and NetIDs to reduce creating duplicate identity records in our university systems.

Kahua: Preparing for University NetID Usernames

Edit Your PRZM Profile Information to Include Birthdate and Gender

  • Log into PRZM application.
  • Navigate to the top right corner of the screen and click on your profile name to show the settings.
    • Click on Profile from the settings menu.

Profile

  • The PRZM Registration Profile page will open.
    • Click on the Edit button to make the Profile information editable.

Edit Profile

  • On the Edit Profile page, fill in or select your Birthdate and Gender in the fields below.

Save

  • Click Save when finished.
