If your department is supported by AITS,
create a Request for UIUC- Tech Services- Client Services Support (UIC or UIUC) Send the ticket through the System Transfer Hub to UIC- Technology Solutions. Put for System Office OnSite Support in the comments.
If your department is not supported by AITS, contact your local desktop support.
If your department has no desktop support, contact your campus desktop support.
