Laptop - No Wireless Functionality

I have lost wireless functionality in my laptop. I have tried to Repair and Connect, but it appears dead.

1. If you have lost the wireless functionality, check to see if the button on the side of the laptop got accidently flipped to the off position.

2. If the problem cannot be resolved and your department is supported by AITS, create a ticket for AITS-Client Support Services.

3. If the problem cannot be resolved and your department is not supported by AITS, contact your local desktop support.

4. If the problem cannot be resolved and your department has no desktop support, you can get help from your campus desktop support.
