Upon logging into Banner Administrative Pages, if you receive an error message "account is locked; logon denied", then you will not be able to access the forms until your account is unlocked.
For further assistance with unlocking your Banner account, email AITS System Access Management and provide your EnterpriseID and UIN in your message.
Have you recently transferred to a new job within the university? If so then your Enterprise permissions may not have been transferred over with you. Speak to the Unit Security Contact in your new department for assistance with transferring your permissions.
