Business Objects - EDDIE - Unable to Log In or Disabled Account

My Business Objects/EDDIE account has been disabled or locked. I think I have tried to logon too many times or maybe it's because I have not been in Business Objects for awhile.

If your account has not been used in the past two years, your account will be deleted.
