Some customers may see Recent Documents in Word or other Office applications, even non-Office 365 applications, appear blank. The files are still available wherever they were saved, and the Recent Documents will start populating as files are used.

This was noticed primarily with some (not all) UA employees, who participated in a pilot testing Office 365. They found an impact on their work machines even though they did not upgrade or download the software for personal use.
