Online Ethics Training for University Employees - Common Error Messages
Frequently encountered error messages when accessing the online ethics training course.
“Your training module has been disabled. Your training module is no longer active.”
If you receive this message after changing your password, try the following:
- Restart your browser
- Log back into the online ethics training course using your original default password
- Change your password to a brand new password you have never used in the past.
This error often occurs if you have taken online ethics training in the past at another public institution. Using a different password that you used in the past should circumvent the issue.
“Your Training Account was not located. Please contact your University’s Ethics Officer.”
you are entering your Login ID and password correctly. Refer to the
original email you received on October 1 from the University Ethics
Officer for the correct spelling of your Logon ID.
“The passwords that you entered do not match. Please try again”
Make sure you enter your new password twice on the password change screen and that they match exactly.
