UI New Hire - Error: "You already have a NetID registered..." Creating or Registering Your NetID

When creating your Illinois NetID in UI New Hire, if you receive a message similar to: "You already have a NetID registered...but is not yet available in midPoint", please submit a ticket to the AITS Service Desk.

This message may indicate a system or data issue requiring investigation by our support teams.  After you submit a ticket, they will respond directly to you upon investigation.
