Web Intelligence Rich Client - What should I do when I receive an error when Installing?

When installing Web Intelligence Rich Client a Fatal Error appears.

The following error will appear when preparing to install Web Intelligence Rich Client. If you do not Right Click the WebSetup.exe file and select Run as administrator found at Step 9 on page 7 of the Installation Guide.

Fatal Error:  At least one port in teh range 4520-4539 must be open for the installation to proceed. Please ensure that no application or firewall is blocking this range.

You will need to start the installation instruction over again and follow the process by Right Clicking the WebSetup.exe file and select Run as administrator.  You may get the message below when trying to install for the second time.  Choose the Repair option if it appears. 

Click on the Repair option.

If the above does not work, you may need to uninstall the current version of Web Intelligence Rich Client then do the Repair.  To uninstall, follow the steps below.

1) Search for Apps & Features on your computer

2) Scroll down to SAP Business Objects Web Intelligence 4.2 SP6.

3) Click and Uninstall

4) Install Web Intelligence Rich Client from EDDIE.
