Department Card Manager - Modify, Cancel, or Suspend a TCard in TCS
This article provides step-by-step instructions on Modify, Cancel, or Suspend a TCard in TCS
The Department Card Manager (DCM) and Delegate can modify or cancel an existing TCard.
Modify a TCard
- Login to the TCard Solution (TCS) System at https://appserv6.admin.uillinois.edu/tcard/.
- Click the Card Holder Maintenance link.
- Enter the cardholder's University Identification Number (UIN).
- Press the ENTER key or click the Search button.
- Select any segment of the Cardholder’s information to view the details.
- Click a tab, such as Cardholder Information or Card Parameters, to modify the information.
- Enter or select the new or updated information.
- Click Card Parameters and change the Status to To Be Modified.
- Click the Comments Tab. Enter comments indicating what was changed or updated.
- Click the Submit button.
- Click the Logout link to exit.
Cancel a TCard
- Login to (TCS).
- Click the Card Holder Maintenance link.
- Enter the cardholder's University Identification Number (UIN).
- Press the ENTER key, or click the Search button.
- Select the Cardholder’s name.
- Click the Card Parameters tab.
- Select To Be Deleted from the Status menu.
- Click the Comments tab, and type comments indicating what was changed or updated.
- Click the Submit button.
Suspend a TCard
To suspend a TCard, email UPAY Card Services at cco@uillinois.edu with the Cardholder's full name and UIN, the reason for suspension, and a date to reinstate the card.
