UPB - Consistent Dates in Honorarium Forms for Foreign Nationals

Consistent Dates in Honorarium Forms for Foreign Nationals

Forms for Honoraria

Among the documents required when submitting an honorarium for a foreign national nonresident alien are three forms:

  • Foreign National Tax Information Form (FNTIF)
  • Foreign National Compliance Statement (FNCS)
  • Foreign National Payment e-Form (FNPeF)

Dates Must Agree

The number of days of the activity entered on the FNTIF and the dates on the FNCS (if required), must agree with the date or dates you enter when you complete the FNPeF.

The dates or days must agree on all three forms, or the payment request will be returned.

Cooperation Advised

Since the FNTIF and FNCS forms are filled out by the foreign national and the FNPeF is completed by the department, cooperation is necessary to guarantee consistent dates on all three forms.

See examples of each form below.
