Sponsored Programs - Look Up Encumbrances
Grants & Sponsored Projects - Look Up Encumbrances
- Type FGIENCD in the Search field and press the ENTER key to open Detail Encumbrance Activity.
- Click the Search button next to the Encumbrance field. The Encumbrance List Form (FGIENCB) will display.
- Press the Filter key.
- Enter your search criteria.
- Click the Go button.
- Navigate to the Encumbrance Number field for the desired encumbrance.
- Double-click the Encumbrance Number field to select the encumbrance number.
- Click the Go button.
- Review the information and notice the remaining balance.
- Click the Close button to return to the main menu.
