Kahua - Exporting the Work Breakdown to Excel
This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to export the work breakdown to Excel in Kahua.
The Work Breakdown App provides one location where your project’s cost information will be displayed. Funding, Expenses, Purchase Orders, Actuals, and Projections are all provided.
To export the Work Breakdown information to Excel:
- Open the project.
- Navigate to the Work Breakdown App.
- Select Reports.
- Select the Cost Worksheet option. A Report Details screen will open.
- Select the + icon. A new form will open.
- Name the report and customize your report as needed.
- It is suggested to select Hide Unused Codes in the Filter section so that the report only displays Activity Codes used within the project.
- When you have completed the form, select Create. Your newly created report will now be displayed on the Report Details screen.
- Select Excel to open the Excel Spreadsheet for that report.
