When assigning access in Access Manager consider if you want the user to also be able to assign access. If you want them to take responsibility of assigning access to others, they should be assigners. If you want them to only use the My-UI-Financials dashboard to view financial data, assign them as a viewer.
New CFOPs used in July won't appear in the tree on the Orgs and CFOPs View tab for assignment until after period 14 closes.
