You can find some information about PEAR by going to the website and clicking About Pear.

This same information can be accessed by going to Enterprise Applications website.

Click Administrative Applications.
Click Human Resources.
Click Protected Email Attachment Repository (PEAR)
Click About Pear found on left hand side.

There is also information as well as job aids found on the OBFS website.

After viewing the documentation and job aids, if you still have questions, create a ticket.
