Banner - FZIGITD - I have Problems/Questions about Banner page FZIGITD

I am having a problem with the page FZIGITD. When I select the option for Fund Summary, the page hangs.
The TAM group and the vendor are aware of the problem when the page hangs up, when selecting the option for Fund Summary on the page FZIGITD and are working on it. There is not a work around. The page might hang up for as much as 10 minutes before returning the results.
