Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) Access - Password Reset Error (application accounts only)

Users get error message when trying to change an Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) password for application accounts.

Employees who do not have access to EDW data through EDDIE, Web Intelligence, or ODBC will receive the following error message when trying to access the Data Warehouse Password Management Application.

The owner of the application account should make this change.

Our records indicate that you do not have a Data Warehouse Account, please contact your USC to request access.
