Canvas Technical Support
Canvas technical support from UI's Technology Services Help Desk is available for all university faculty, staff, and students. You can reach the Help Desk by submitting a request form or emailing consult@illinois.edu. This information is also quickly available within the "Help" button on the main Canvas navigation menu (left-hand blue bar). Their hours are:
Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 9:00 pm
Saturday – Sunday: 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Zoom Technical Support
Zoom technical support can be accessed by going to: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362003-Contact-Zoom-Support, making sure you are signed in to your Illinois Zoom account (upper-right corner of the page), clicking on the chat bubble, and then typing in “representative”.
The campus help desk can also help with Canvas or Zoom support issues via emailed tickets, submitting a form, or by phone. Their hours are:

Gies Teaching & Learning has staff that monitors support requests here: https://go.gies.illinois.edu/facultysupport and can assist you with support requests, accessibility remediation, and design consultations. The team works on requests during non-holiday business days Mon-Fri, 9 am CT to 5 pm CT and aims to respond within 1-2 business days.
