Banner - Why did my saved filters disappear in Banner Administrative pages?
You login to Banner Admin and Notice your saved filters are gone. Example using SSASECQ (Schedule Section Query):
Work-around to add saved filters until the June 2nd upgrade using SSASECQ and an example:
1. Select the fields for your saved filter and enter a value in each field. You can use an actual value, for example, for Term, you can enter an actual term code, 120241, or you can enter a wildcard such as %.
2. Once you have selected the fields you want to use in your filter, and you have added a value in each field, click the Settings gear and select Save All.
3. Receive message that All user preferences were updated.
4. If you choose to use a % in order to save the selected filters, you should clear the placeholder values out before running a query.
