SAP User Guides for BI Launchpad and Web Intelligence Rich Client

The following links are to the vendor's (SAP) user guides related to the BusinessObjects BI Platform (EDDIE) and the BusinessObjects Web Intelligence Rich Client.

Both documents have a Version Selector at the top where you can select the version and support pack to ensure you have the most applicable information.

To find the current version and support pack information in EDDIE or Web Intelligence Rich Client, click on the welcome menu icon in the top right corner and select About.
