I forgot my password, what should I do?

Passwords can be recovered using self-service options or in a C-stop location in campus.

Please follow these instructions to reset your password:

1. Go to

2. Click on I forgot my password

3. Enter your NetID (DO NOT include, '')
4. Click "Next"

5. Choose a recovery option and follow the prompts

Once your password is successfully reset, please visit these links to learn how to update your password reset recovery options:

It is recommended that you regularly review and update/add recovery options as needed. This will ensure the most quick and convenient method to recover your password if you shall need it in the future.  

If this was not successful then please come in person with your valid I-Card to one the two C-Stop locations for password assistance.
