How can I request help for IT or wireless issues in my dorm/residence hall?

If you are having trouble with connecting your wireless device in your dorm room, please refer to this knowledge article: 

Please note the information under "Step 3: Add a New Device":
  • After properly registering your device the status will show “Pending”.  Your device is now ready to join the “mydevices” wireless network and will be usable immediately.
If you still have trouble with your wireless device or have questions about devices such as wireless printers or Google Chromecast, you may email SATech at saservice@uic.edu

** However, if the ethernet jack or wireless access point in your room do not appear to be working, please go to go.uic.edu/dock and create a work order by clicking "Work Orders" on the left-hand side
