Why can't my students access my Panopto videos?
This article summarizes how to troubleshoot when your students cannot access your Panopto videos. If it appears that the requests are coming from all students, it is likely occurring because the Panopto videos in your current course weren't copied over correctly from the previous course. You can either email LTS@uic.edu or follow the steps described here.
Advanced Troubleshooting for Panopto Video Access
If you are getting emails from your students with requests to watch a video, the first step is to determine if this is affecting ALL or only SOME.
Some Students Cannot Access
If it seems that the requests are only coming from some students, then your student just needs to enable third party cookies: How do I enable cookies on my (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Edge) browser?
All Students Cannot Access
If it appears that the requests are coming from all students, please email LTS@uic.edu for help or follow the steps below:
6. Under the field for invite people, enter in the courseID of your CURRENT course (you can find it on the main course page).
