I forgot my password, what should I do?

Passwords can be recovered using self-service options or in a C-stop location in campus.

Please follow these instructions to reset your password:

1. Go to

2. Click on I forgot my password

3. Enter your NetID (DO NOT include, '')

4. Click "Next"

5. If you have a recovery email address defined, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Otherwise, you will be prompted to receive either a text or automated call to initiate a reset of your password.


Once your password is successfully reset, please revisit to review and update your password reset recovery options:


It is recommended that you regularly review and update/add recovery options as needed. This will ensure the quickest and most convenient method to recover your password if you need to in the future.  

If this was not successful then please schedule an appointment to come in person with your valid I-Card to one of the two C-Stop locations for password assistance. If you are not able to come to campus, see Can someone help me change my password without me coming to the university?
